Join our Wine Club

There is no cost to join our Wine Clubs. Enjoy regular shipments of our wines directly to your home (or free pick up). There are lots of other added perks, please see the different levels for what benefits you can get for being a Wine Club Member.

When selecting the preferred club level, you can pick if you would rather have only reds, only whites, or a mix of both. With every club shipment you can add more bottles at the discounted rate, if desired.

Please Note, all Pick Up Parties will be suspended until it is safe for customers and staff to gather in larger numbers.

Columbia Valley Club

• 2 shipments (1 in Nov., 1 in Dec.) of 3 bottles at a 12% discount
• Average cost of wine $35 per shipment (tax and shipping will vary by delivery location)
• Winemakers’ notes included in each shipment
• 1 free glass of wine (or wine tasting for two) a year Northwest Tastings or the Winery
• 10% Discount on all purchases of beverages consumed at Northwest Tastings or the Winery
• Free Pick up at Northwest Tastings or Winery Available*
• Invitation to Pick Up Parties (Feb., May, Nov., Dec.)- pick up your club order and socialize with other wine club members at Northwest Tastings – 15% discount on beverage purchases consumed at Northwest Tastings during these events

Ancient Lakes Club

• 3 shipments (1 in Feb., 1 in Nov., 1 in Dec.) of 3 bottles at a 12% discount
  • Average cost of wine $35 per shipment (tax and shipping will vary by delivery location)
• Winemakers’ notes included in each shipment
• 1 free glass of wine (or wine tasting for two) a year Northwest Tastings or the Winery
• 10% Discount on all purchases of beverages consumed at Northwest Tastings or the Winery
• Free Pick up at Northwest Tastings or Winery Available*

• Advanced Notice of Events and New Releases
• 10% discount on Event tickets
• 2 free Barrel tastings with Winemaker^ (Thanksgiving and Memorial Day weekends)

^Limited number of spaces, reminder to RSVP sent 1 month before event

Wine Club Terms and Conditions (in addition to on line order Terms and Conditions)

1. Automatic Deliveries: This is an automatic delivery program where you agree to have the payment for the order automatically charged.
2. Member Details: Current contact, billing, and shipping information must be provided.
3. Age Requirement: When registering for a club membership you are confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
4. Pick Up Orders: You understand and agree that your club shipment will be available for pick-up for 14 days post club shipment date. If not picked up, the shipment will be shipped to your address on file. Shipping and handling charges (applicable taxes) will be applied to your payment card.
   • Must have ID and be 21 years of age or older to pick up orders.
5. Membership will be ongoing until we receive a request to terminate membership.
6. Leaving the Program: You must notify the winery via email whiteheronwineclub@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the next shipment with any changes or cancellations. This time frame also applies to pick-ups.
